Dr Annabelle Leong is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist with more than 25 years of experience across the United Kingdom, Canada and Singapore. She cares for adults and children, with particular clinical interests in ear and hearing disorders, dizziness and balance conditions, allergy issues and paediatric ENT.
Having practised in Singapore since 2013, Dr Annabelle’s experience spans both public and private healthcare. She takes time to listen and understand what matters to her patients, involving them and their families in decisions about their care. Sensible and down-to-earth in her approach, she also brings a little humour to help adults and children feel more at ease.
Beyond the clinic, Dr Annabelle volunteers her ENT expertise on charity medical missions in Thailand, Cambodia and Sri Lanka. She keeps active through regular running and, as a mother of two active sons, is no stranger to keeping up with a busy family herself.
ENT problems can affect everyday life in all sorts of ways. You might find yourself struggling with a blocked nose that never quite clears, waking up tired because of snoring, or noticing that conversations are becoming harder to hear. With children, the signs can be less obvious - perhaps frequent ear problems, mouth-breathing or restless sleep.
At ENTcare Clinic, Dr Annabelle Leong cares for adults and children with a wide range of ear, nose and throat concerns. With more than 25 years of ENT experience, she takes the time to understand what has been bothering you, look into the possible cause and talk you through what can be done next.
For Dr Annabelle, good ENT care starts with listening. She takes time to understand what is bothering you, how it is affecting your daily life and what matters to you when considering treatment.
She has brought the same thoughtfulness to ENTcare Clinic, creating a spacious, welcoming setting where adults and children can feel at ease, with in-house facilities for many ENT tests and procedures.
With more than 25 years of ENT experience, Dr Annabelle assesses and manages a broad range of ear, nose and throat conditions affecting adults and children.
Dr Annabelle spent 12 years working and training in the UK before completing specialist training in Canada, where she was awarded the prestigious TWJ Ear Fellowship before returning to Singapore.
Dr Annabelle has particular clinical interests in nasal allergies and paediatric ENT, providing assessment and treatment for allergy-related and other ENT concerns affecting both children and adults.
Your care is tailored to your condition and individual needs, with appropriate investigations and treatment options considered as part of your specialist management.
ENTcare Clinic provides a spacious setting with in-house facilities for ENT assessment and a treatment room with ultrasound support for thyroid biopsies. Many ENT procedures may also be done in clinic.

Noticed changes in your hearing, tinnitus or recurring ear problems? In-house hearing tests are available in a dedicated soundproof booth to help find out what may be going on.

Snoring or struggling to breathe comfortably at night can take a toll on your sleep. A closer look can help work out whether an ENT-related problem may be contributing.

Allergies can leave you dealing with sneezing, congestion or a runny nose that keeps coming back. Finding out what is triggering them can make those symptoms easier to manage.
Your child may not always be able to explain when something doesn’t feel right. Signs may include mouth-breathing, snoring, recurring ear problems, nasal congestion or difficulty hearing clearly.
Dr Annabelle takes a gentle, reassuring approach to paediatric ENT care, adapting each assessment to your child’s age, symptoms and comfort.
